How to Find the Shopify Embedded App

The Bookkeep Shopify Embedded App lets you manage your bookkeeping directly inside your Shopify admin — no need to switch between tools.

Steps to Find the App​

You can navigate directly to the Bookkeep embedded app using the following URL. Replace {my-shop-name} with your Shopify store name:

https://admin.shopify.com/store/{my-shop-name}/apps/bookkeep-com-1/app/beta-reports

Alternatively, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin by navigating to https://admin.shopify.com and signing in with your credentials.

  2. Open the Apps section by clicking on Apps in the left-hand navigation menu of your Shopify admin.

  3. Locate Bookkeep in your list of installed apps. If you have not installed it yet, you can find it in the Shopify App Store.

  4. Click on Bookkeep to open the embedded app. The Bookkeep interface will load directly inside your Shopify admin dashboard.

Available Reports​

Once inside the app, the Reports (Beta) page gives you access to the following reports:

Daily Journals​

Shopify Payments​

Payout Balance by Payout or DateView Shopify payout balance breakdown by location and date. Filter by report date or payout ID.

Fulfillment Reports​

Unfulfilled Line ItemsView unfulfilled line item details with filtering by cutoff date and sold month.

Multi-Bank Reports​

Balance ReportView payout balance details with filtering by date range, location, account type, and source type.
