How do I enable the feature?

Email or chat with [email protected] and ask them to enable the Treez Invoice feature. This feature is available to all Treez customers on Bookkeep but it needs to be enabled first.

Where will I find my open Invoices?

Once the feature is enabled we will import all recent Treez Invoices and they will appear under Treez Invoices. See below

How do I post as a Bill into QuickBooks or other accounting platforms?

Currently we only support QuickBooks Online but please email us if you need another platform supported. Once you click into a Treez Invoice you can select the vendor and set the default account for each line then click "Create Bill"

Does the integration update the products in QuickBooks?

No, our integration will not update individual products in QuickBooks. We post all lines directly to the inventory account in total value. You have the option to map to different inventory accounts. The detail line will show unit cost as well as any fees or excise tax in the total value for the line.
