About bookkeep.com

When serial entrepreneur Jason Richelson brought on finance expert Ruth Ku as the CFO of one of his companies, they both noticed a large gap in the accounting world: the need for smarter, better bookkeeping. A typical bookkeeper spends hundreds of hours manually logging expenses, receipts, and invoices for a company - which costs their clients a lot of money and leaves room for error.

On a mission to make finances easier for startups, Jason and Ruth teamed up to build a tool that takes all of a company’s financial documents, and captures that data in an automated fashion. Enter bookkeep.com: a software platform that keeps your books up-to-date without manual entry.

In addition to serving up intelligent data automation, the bookkeep.com team also believes that there’s an important need for human touch in today’s digital world. When you work with bookkeep.com, you also work with certified CPAs with real entrepreneurial experience who guide you towards smarter business decisions, every single day.
